Awareness Sessions
A gentle introduction.
A little more clarity.
Curious about Reiki, meditation, or holistic well-being? Begin with a simple, guided introduction—without needing to know where it will lead.
Take a pause, ask your questions, and explore what feels relevant to your everyday life.
Pause. Understand. Begin at your own pace.
A simple place to start. You don’t need to understand everything to begin.
"Come with curiosity."
Leave with a clearer sense of your next step.
When you’re new to healing practices, even knowing what to ask can feel unfamiliar. An awareness session creates space to explore the basics in clear, everyday language.
It brings together conversation, reflection, and an introduction to gentle practices. The aim is to help you understand the approach, experience a moment of stillness, and decide whether you’d like to explore further.
What you’ll explore
A starting point for understanding yourself and the practices Revibes offers.
Reiki, simply explained
Explore what Reiki is, how a session is approached, and the difference between receiving a session and learning to practise.
Awareness in everyday life
Notice how thoughts, emotions, and daily pressures show up in your experience—and where a small pause might help.
A moment of stillness
Get an introduction to a gentle awareness or meditation practice, with room to participate in a way that feels comfortable.
Your questions, your next step
Ask about healing sessions, meditation, training, or personal growth, and understand which path may suit your interests.
A session for the curious. And the unsure.
You don’t need prior experience, special knowledge, or a clear goal. A willingness to explore is enough.
- ✓ You’ve heard about Reiki and want to understand it.
- ✓ You’re looking for a gentle introduction to meditation or self-awareness.
- ✓ You’d like to explore well-being beyond your usual routine.
- ✓ You want to ask questions before choosing a session or course.
An introduction, with room to explore.
Awareness sessions offer an overview and a first experience. They don’t provide Reiki certification or replace structured training.
What to expect
A proposed session flow that leaves space to understand, experience, and reflect.
Settle in
Begin with a welcome and share what brought you here, if you wish.
Explore the basics
Hear a clear introduction to the topic, with everyday examples and time for questions.
Pause and notice
Try a short guided practice or reflection suited to the session’s focus.
Find your next step
Consider what felt useful and explore how you might take it into daily life.
At your comfort level. You’re welcome to listen, ask questions, or simply observe. You don’t have to share personal experiences or feel anything in particular.

A few things you may be wondering.
Still have a question? You’re welcome to ask before choosing a session.
Get in touch →Do I need any experience?
No prior experience is needed. These sessions are designed as an introduction, with concepts explained in simple language.
Is this a Reiki training course?
No. An awareness session introduces the approach and gives you space to explore. Formal Reiki learning follows a separate, structured training path.
Will I receive a personal healing session?
The focus here is introduction and awareness. If you want dedicated individual support, please ask about a separate healing session. Any guided activities will depend on the session’s agreed focus.
Do I have to share personal details?
You can participate at your own comfort level. You don’t need to discuss private experiences to take part in an introductory conversation or reflection.
When and where are sessions held, and what do they cost?
Please enquire for current availability, format, location, duration, and fees. These details can be confirmed before you decide to join.
Can I enquire for a group?
Yes—share who the session is for, the approximate group size, and the topics you’d like to explore. Revibes can discuss suitability and arrangements with you. For a workplace group, you can also explore Corporate Workshops.
Begin with a conversation.
Tell us what you’re curious about. We’ll help you understand whether an awareness session is a suitable place to start. Ask about the next session, or enquire on behalf of a group.
- 1 Share your interests and any questions.
- 2 Ask about format, availability, and fees.
- 3 Decide what feels right for you.
